I got a 3 line on Wonderous tails book

So i reported it in-game and i already got a reply in my e-mail through a support ticket on the website that i made, that the GM's are unable to resolve it through e-mail so i am trying it here.

So i got 3 lines on a wonderous tails book (Great right!) the thing is that it got a wrong book even that i DID make sure i picked it up on my level 90 but when i checked the rewards it did not have a gold certificate reward on the 3 line but the Silver one instead.

I'm just looking for help from GM's if they can assist me or not, so just in advance i do not need any player advice regarding this issues, no offense meant towards the playerbase!

P.S JUST FYI the deadline is 10/5/2022 for the wonderous tails so if i could get a reply before i turn it in regardless that would be great!

That's strange. There are meant to be 3 reward choices for each line, but you only have 2. To the right of the 3 silvers, there is supposed to be a gold one.

What I'm wondering is, when you hand it in, does it let you select from all 3 or is it missing from the reward selection screen as well?

The only thing that I can think of that would affect this is if you're not on a level 90 job when turning it in.

Did you possibly not have any jobs at all at 90 when you *accepted* that journal? You might have only had access to the lower-level version for that week in that case.

Or possibly even not having a level 90 job at the beginning of the week, depending on when the book is generated in the system. Does it exist at the beginning of the week, or only once you collect it? Or perhaps at the point when you hand in the previous book?
