    After waiting some time (about 20 minutes) i tried logging in again.
    have been the first player in world queue for 9 minutes.
    (as of typing this)

    any one else having this issue.

    I'm also having the same issue. I tried logging in and got stuck by 1 queue every 30 seconds for 10 minutes.

    EDIT: I'm finally logged in!!!

    Came here to post that everyone on Coeurl got kicked off; seems like the server crashed. It wasn't letting anyone back in for awhile but queue is moving very slowly now; I'm at 1,751 atm.

    When i was finally able to join the queue it was almost 2400 spots long so i decided to try back later. we'll see.

    We apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Please provide the following information:

    - Are you using a wired or wireless connection?
    - Platform (Playstation 4 or 5, Steam/Windows, or Mac)
    - Do you have any firewalls or anti-virus software installed on the machine if are using a Mac or Windows PC? If so, which ones do you have installed?
    - Does the issue happen with all characters or just 1 specific one?
