Venat, Hermes and Meteion. Former because of the story jumping through hoops to justify what she did and control/contain any negative reaction to this; second because I just can't stand him and his moping self-indulgence; third because she's a lame cause for the apocalypse. Alphinaud, I can't stand his preaching. In the past I'd have said G'raha, but he is just kind of there now. Just hope he takes more of a backseat later.

Alisaie, of course. Can't stand her since 5.4. She's like a dog humping the WoL's leg. Don't touch me, don't look at me, don't talk to me. Just go away.

And while I don't hate Emet-Selch, I feel kinda cold about it compared to the general perception and he makes it hard to empathize with when he seems hellbent in depicting his actions as objective and he is blatantly unrepentant about them during Shadowbringer, only managing to redeem himself somewhat in Ultima Thule speech.

Zenos because he is a boring 1-dimensional character.

Asahi because he is super annoying.

G'raha because he is way too much of a simp.

Yotsuyu has her own things to answer for, but the way they treated her as less than a person was unconscionable.

WHY IN THE SEVEN HELLS IS HE THERE FOR? Did you think I felt sorry for him? THE HELLS DID NOT. Almost everyone else there you could make me feel some remorse for. Him? No. He DESERVED what he got. And we didn't even kill him FFS!

Yeah there are others that get under my skin, but he's the one I feel absolutely nothing for, which I think is worse.

Y'shtola is annoying because she's condensending. G'raha can be over bearing and I like him more as the Exarch, but I blame that and my dislike of Zenos on how they were written and not the character themselves.

But Ilberd? I understand making a villan for people to love to hate but there's nothing to love about this man. You ser can rot in the pit of the seventh hell along side Asahi.

Ilberd is another good one. He betrayed those who trusted him the most multiple times. Some might make the argument he was just fighting for his homeland but the others who did it without his methods proved the idea of "Not like that".

Oh, and add that child-abusing piece of trash Valens to the list, too.
