Hate is such a strong word. I dont hate them its more like a dislike Haurchefant, Graha, Zenos.

It feels like Meteion and Hermes are the equivalent of the Jailer in Shadowlands. You’ve been working towards destroying what you thought was the bad guy/girl over a long amount of time who have been instilled in the whole lore but then “surprise” some random character is introduced who you are told is behind literally everything.

Thancred and Nanamo.

And to a lesser-extent, Moonbreeder. Although, she wasn't around long enough for me to hate her. However, if she lasted more than a patch, Muunbryda probably would have been my most hated.

However, it is mostly Nanamo. God. I hate her. She acts like we are best friends or something. I don't hate her since she is a lala (since I am one myself), but the way she carries herself ugh. I normally have no issues with the monarchy, though.

Actually, maybe I hate her because she want to dissolve the monarchy, which leads to a whole host of problems.

(there is a reason why many countries, including Canada, UK, Australia, etc.) are still monarchies. Dismantling one is a bitch, and she was so poorly educated that she said "yeah, so I am thinking about making an announcement" without any sort of damn consultation.

I'm really not a fan of Lyse and Minfillia. I just don't like their personnalities and their roles in the story.

And although "hate" is a strong word, I really, reaaaaaally dislike Zenos. He feels like a one-dimensional villain and I can't stand him.

There is one character that I do hate though.

I am only in the post msq of shadowbringer but ATM Alphinaud. I cannot stand his character I think he's a pompous moron that shouldn't be allowed to lead a horse to water let alone a group destined to save the world but that's just my opinion

Honestly? One of the joys about the game and its story is just how much I really enjoy the characters. There are none that I can think of who I actively hate or make the game worse off for me… now dislike? That is a different story. There are plenty of minor NPCs who I would not mind never seeing again (Looking at you, half the PLD characters). For major characters… hmm… I would have said Thancred and Alphinaud in ARR, but both of them where given great development in the expansions which made me like them alot more.

OK this may be a bit controversial but… I am really not a fan of Tataru. Like I get it. She is the heart of the Scions, she is meant to be an example of one of the reasons we take up our swords and protect Eorza… but I just do not like her. I dunno why. Is it how emotional she gets at times over the WoL? Why would that be the case when I spent most of Shadowbringers and Endwalker in tears? (The good kind) Perhaps I feel she is just too sweet? Or that she just feels too much like a trope character? Hmm… many of the Scions have been through changes and trials that have really effected them. Perhaps thats what I would like to see happen with Tataru, give her a proper grand journey outside of her capitalist urges. I dunno!
