Last Requiescat stack does not buff Holy Spirit / Holy Circle

Steps:
1. Use Requiescat.
2. Cast Holy Spirit or Holy Circle 4 times.
3. Cast Holy Spirit or Holy Circle a 5th time.

The 5th Holy Spirit or Holy Circle does normal, unbuffed damage.
Checking the battle log, I assume this is because Requiescat fades before the damage is dealt.

This is an issue for level 64-79 content, when you don't have Confiteor yet.
