    You Locked Me Out of My Account



    I tried to download the game to my laptop so I could take the game on the road and as soon as I tried to log in you completely locked me out of my account. What the actual F?

    The error message said the system would send me an email to recover it, but OF COURSE it never did despite REPEATED attempts. And Support is AWFUL!!!

    I can't even log into the Mog Station. I'm furious.

    REINSTATE MY ACCOUNT LOGIN NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    If you use a One Time Password you generally avoid the added security of a password reset they throw in when you change systems or IP to log in with.
