Remove the need for mini aetheryte and chocobo stable housing item limit

Yes to the aetheryte, no to the stable. You still need the stable functionality, and I don't want it incorporated into the house. Personally I think its an eyesore and don't want it on my personal, so I use my FC's, and I like having that choice. The aetheryte, however, requires no interaction whatsoever.

They could even make it so the roof of the stable looks like the different awnings! Then they could look like they actually match the house!
