Valid point indeed, "if i'm told so". which is, likely to be the case anyway since glams are mostly shared and talked about.

Lots of people in this thread make no difference between Nier Automata and Nier Reincarnation. Their aesthetics are in fact, quite different. Not only that, but nobody said it has to be an alliance raid - it would work perfectly as a Garo styled collab.

Exactly. Those assuming it'd just be "more Automata gear" might've rushed to disagree before actually taking a look. I especially like the potential for more mecha x streetwear looks (Noelle's especially), but I see plenty of looks that would compliment XIV jobs.

As for where they're released, I'd prefer obtaining them through PvP.

Same. To me it seems like some people here are just salty because of the alliance raid and now they don't want anything that says Nier on it in any capacity, regardless of how good it might be. They literally might even like it and they're still biased against it. Real shame.

Replicant is also a good fit for a crossover event. Yeah, no crossover event has been stated with this game, but there should be, or at least added to the mix if there was one. It has some really good glam in it.

Eh, the storyline included an existential threat, which is common enough for final fantasy games and well jrpg's.

Technically the Nier raid hinted at the direction that Endwalker would take, and added the possibility of interstellar travel. I think it’s actually quite possible Nier will come back into play someday, just like we once thought Omega, Ivalice, Crystal Tower, and Alexander raids. were pointless. All raids matter, and your comment might one day age like milk.

If it does return I do share some sentiments that it play a minor role - like a cameo or a two week event with rewards or something. I doubt it's the last we see of YoRHa.

iirc, travelling to the moon was hinted without the nier reference, during the Fan Fest I think?
Also, interstellar travel? I give you 2 names : Midgadsormr and Omega, both shown and talked (more or less) in HW and SB. NieR collab didn't add anything, it just echoed.

And as much as you love NieR, it's just a collab. And while I didn't like its implementation ingame, I'd rather like it to stay this way: a collab.
Yes, that would piss me off if they decide out of fanservicing to tie NieR Questline into FF MSQ (unlikely but we never know..)... It would, for me, be a "quit moment pondering", which would break me apart ....

Just to really piss people off, tie it into the next set of Hildebrand quests.

I also wish they'd give us Ashelia's outfit and more FFVIII related glams but that won't happen anytime soon or ever. A gunblade and Squall's Dissidia outfit is all we will ever get.

I get that some people are upset with the fact that it was a whole Alliance raid. I personally love it and its some of my favorite content in all of FFXIV but I get that not everyone will, which is why I am proposing this as an event or simply MogStation items which won't upset anything else in the game content-wise. Its simply more high quality glam.
