SAM isn't a 1 shot LB if you don't attack them when the obvious Chiten buff is active. Or you can just CC chain them when they run at you trying to get you to hit them. It's pretty obvious when they're going to try to Odin you.

SMN is completely fine. Megaflare is only 18k damage and Akh Morn a few seconds later for only 12k. That's not really much damage by LB standards, especially since Akh Morn is single target.
