You are aware that Fire and Ice will overwrite each other and BLM needs 3 stack for maximum output, right?
Also, you are already aware that it breaks combo outside of LB, yes?

Seems like you are completely unaware that good BLMs wont be switching back and forth, and for good reasons. Constantly swapping? thats how i play RDM though, never BLM.
Yours is an idealistic view of what a good BLM should be based on wrong idea.

You can switch very quickly with instant casts under LB and then apply the effects with Superflare.

There are plenty of cases where rolling a 3k dot on the entire enemy team for several ticks is going to be more valuable than a root.
