Chainsaw can one shot. But I agree, mch is not overpowered. Blast charge is incredibly underwhelming. It's like charging your gun to fire a cotton ball at somebody. "Highly mobile ranged class" except you have to walk everywhere and have absolutely 0 movement abilities. Lol
