cant load into labyrinthos

i was doing the msq of 6.1 where i have to go to labyrinthos whenever i click one of the both aetherytes it crashes during loading screen,Arr and Hw areas are loading well also other of my cherecters are loading well in HW areas.
what i tried is deleting the ffxiv folder in documents nothing happened. please help with this issue because its wasting my time and game time in your subscription based premium game.please help me with this issue to play the game which i paid for.

We would like to further assist with this issue. Please provide a system report from the game by going to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.' Copy and paste the details of the selection to this post when replying back.

Furthermore, please provide the following information:

Does an error code/message occur when the crash happens?

Does the issue only happen in a specific instance/area or with a specific character?

Wired or wireless connection:

Do you have any firewall/anti-virus software installed on the PC? If so, which ones?

Well i fixed it myself i deleted the ex4 folder and redownloaded it,thanks for finally replying after 3 days.
