Keep our skills when Level syncing in dungeons

Old content is already trivial enough, and adding your whole kit to them will make things melt even faster (even when accounting for potency adjustments).

One of the common complaints I've seen around here is how easy Thordan (normal) is, to the point where it can even be soloed as a synced healer. Do you really want to see content like that, or dungeons in this case, trivialized to the point of meaningless?

At this point it's more of a matter of when rather than if. Afking fights with trusts are already a thing, at this point it seems like the devs are leaning more towards of that way of playing rather than each part of the trinity (tank, dps, healer) needing to fulfill their roles. At least 8 mans will be somewhat difficult simply by the fact that the trust system doesn't work well for mechanics so I doubt we will see trusts in older 8 man fights.

That's fair, I didn't take that into account.
