    Game Hard Crashed. Targeted Weaponskills/Spells/Abilities, will not function

    I'm at my wit's end here. My game hard crashed for no reason this evening, and upon booting again, I found that my skills rarely went off. The game has no issue seeing my inputs, but regardless of keyboard or controller, I would mash the hotbar button for a weaponskill/ability/spell, and they just would not come out

    I did a fresh install of the game after wiping my config files, and found out that they worked fine after I got back in.

    After restoring the backup of all my settings, the same problem returned. I have no earthly idea what in my configuration files could cause this. I don't wanna spend all this time getting all my macros and hotbars and hud-layouts together again. Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening?

Please provide a system report from the game by going to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.' Copy and paste the details of the selection to this post when replying back.
