Cannot use SE account from PC to Playstation

For my own enjoyment, I wanted to try out the game on PS4 after getting comfy using a Gamepad on PC.
But when try to log in, it shows a good old trial account I used in 2014 when trying the game. Didn't progress enough, which is irrelevant.
What I want is to continue using my PC account (not linked to steam) in Ps4 and continue playing.
I've read that regularly is not possible.
Also unlink the account does not work. because the account I registered back then was a login account.
Then in my PC account, I see that in LINKED ACCOUNTS, I have the option to add a PSN account. But what would be the effect? Would that overwrite my progress?
The trial account I created in Playstation in 2014 I'm not interested in it, SE can destroy if it's possible. I just want to crossplay between the 2 environments with my PC account.

Contact support. They are the only ones who can unlink the trial account from your PS4 account. There's a form for such requests.
