Island Sanctuary - How do I get all the Tiki Torches back?

So when upgrading the Cozy Cabin to II, you get tiki torches everywhere, which turn to Electric lights when you Upgrade to III. So after reaching rank 10 I changed my cabin appearance back to II hoping to get all the torches back. I only got 2 in front of the cabin. Then I tried changing the grounds and paths to Overgrown and still no torches. I wouod try changing them to dirt but I don't wish to waste any more prisms without knowing, is there a way to get all the torches back on the grounds and pathways?

I believe if you use an Island Glamour and choose the paths to be dirt should bring the torches back. Not sure about the grounds, but dirt is when we got the torches.

Same with the grounds just choose one of the previous glamour options and it should bring back torches.

I made up a bunch of Island Prisms and experimented.

Slopes can be anything (no lighting attached to them).

Cozy Cabin, grounds and paths need to be level 2/dirt for torches.

Granary and Workshop need to be level 1 for torches (levels 2 and 3 are both electric lights though different styles).

This. Torches are attached to the "dirt" option.

And just to verify, once boosting Granaries and Workshops to level III, reverting them to Level I only changes the appearance, not the functionality, correct?
