    High ping only in FF14 (140ms). Every other EU game 40-60ms.

    For 2/3 weeks now that I'm trying to figure out who's to blame for this and who to reach out for a solution. I've been trying to find a solution on my own but I've seen various opinions from my ISP/FF14 being able to do something about it to nothing about it. Apparently it's routing me to north america before reaching the server situated in germany. I'll leave my tracert report in the hopes someone can direct me to a solution.

    Hey, I've been having this issue for about a month and a half by now and I've seen plenty of posts about other people with the same issue and it seems the general consensus is that... we, as players, can't really do anything about it. If we can, nobody has found that solution so far. There's been virtually 0 communication from SE or, well, anyone to be honest, so I'm keeping my hopes down. I think the more people that talk about, though, the better.

    I'll wait for a reply from SE or anyone with a solution and if nothing happens I'll speak with my ISP and see if they can do something from their end and I'll report back with whatever happens.

    - Are you using a wired or wireless connection?
    - Do you have any firewalls or anti-virus software installed on the machine if are using a Mac or Windows PC? If so, which ones do you have installed?
    - Internet Service Provider
    - Location/Region you are in (Not in game, your actual location)
    - Does any specific error message/code occur when the issue happens?
    - Does the issue only happen with one specific character or time frame? Please clarify.

    Wired connection, firewall exception is checked, my ISP is called NOS PT, I'm from a portuguese island called Madeira, no errors, it's constant.

    Just like I posted above, this is bad routing from my IP to Light's IP, has no connection with my router otherwise I'd have a similar issue with other games. Idk who's responsible or has power to modify or improve the route between my IP and Light's but it's certainly not from my end as I've tried everything I could from changing IPs to try modify the route myself without success. It's also not my game installation since the command prompt has no connection to the installed files and uses direct personal IP to Light's IP.

    All I'd like to know is if SE has any power to modify, reset or improve the route from one IP to their IP or if I have to access my ISP to address that issue.
