Looking for an LS

I'm looking for a small or medium LS where i won't be lost in the roil, but won't be the only one making decisions (which is why i'd rather not start my own).
About me
main class: LNC 30 headed for DRG
willing to branch out to other classes such as conjurer, archer, perhaps bard.

Heeey Gridania isn't that boring! The forest is a bit of a pain to navigate, but I'm loving the quests it depends though, maybe vagrants and pirates are more your kind of thing.

It seems like one you might get along with. I am part of a pretty big one right now but it's all endgame content based, which is completely out of range for me right now. This one is social but also seems capable of dealing with people of all ranks and roles
