PvP GNB Junction Cast does not queue

Frequency: EDIT: Any time that Continuation is used, in PvP or otherwise
Class/Level: Gunbreaker
Steps:
1. EDIT: Abilities used too close to a Continuation input, especially in Gnashing Fang combo, will not queue up and will not be used. This includes Junction Casts and Rough Divide in PvP.

e.g. Attempting to queue Eye Gouge and Rough Divide in rapid succession will cause the Rough Divide input to be lost.
