I mean it's a whatever using the -18 second opener at this point (was already a thing back in e8s) just pop FoF 3 seconds before you do a 15second countdown or macro it, easy. In most other content outside of Ex trials, savage and ultimate, -4 second opener works fine.

Should the physical aspect of Paladin's rotation do more to put it on equal footing with it's magic phase? sure, but until they ideally buff Royal Authority and Atonement potency to become worth choosing either or opener depending on a fight, just deal with it.
