"humble brag"...rude much? it's not bragging, it's informing...and the very fact that the possibility to depart from the basic loop for gain in damage, or allows for better alignment of your rotation with the fight, or allow you to gain an otherwise extra Requiescat window in a fight, is the complete opposite of "mega static" rotation. Also, no it's not "only in certain situations", it can be applied in a large amount of fights, not just savage...so do not try to belittle the options for optimisation, just because you can't be bothered to put any effort in, doesn't mean others won't want to know there are means and ways to get more out of Paladin's rotation.
