Do you find the PLD rotation enjoyable?

Unpopular opinion: if PLD is going to have the weakest mitigation, it should have the highest damage output of the tanks.

Nah I totally agree, Honestly I rather Paladin get better mitigation (Still needs a damage buff a major one at that), I don't really care about big numbers but I don't think cover and passage of arms justifies Paladin lacking a Personal CD, Holy shelltron not working with Dots/Stuns, Longest Invul, Intervention being weaker then the self use short mitigation (when warriors is literally stronger because it heals both players) ect. Paladin isn't awful defensively but it's not great and its extra raid utility and cover is honestly just not enough, At least either make its utility better, make it on par with other tanks defensively or buff its Damage.

Even if you buffed paladins damage to be around Drk/gnb (Lets say they all did the same) You'd still prolly wanna use Drk and gunbreaker.
