    New Job specific emotes, not victory emotes or such but sorta like idle animations that you can set to automatically occur if you afk or something too.
    WAR for example could pull out a Tomahawk and sharpen it ( if it'd be too complicated with main weapon and the variety ) and MCH could throw a coin into the air and shoot it.
