"a market-prohibited item has been selected for sale" error

Steps:
1. Talk to retainer
2. It pops up an error message saying "a market-prohibited item has been selected for sale"
3. There's also yellow triangles next to "Sell items in your inventory on the market" and "Sell items in your retainer's inventory on the market"
4. It goes away when gil is withdrawn from the retainer or the retainer is closed, usually.

I'm only selling classical rings of fending/healing, and manganese chocobo frypans atm. I don't know why it keeps triggering because I haven't picked anything weird to sell. Sometimes I get it when I have blue materia IX listed too.
