Stuck in Wolves Den and cannot leave

Usually this message appears if you are interacting with something such as another menu, a merchant or something else.

I presume it's because you're trying to teleport from a congested area (which the Wolves' Den is at the moment) and the server is just overloaded, which will throw up that error. Trying to teleport to an equally congested area like Ul'dah makes this worse.

Have you tried speaking to the ferry NPC to take you back to Moraby Drydocks in Lower La Noscea and see if that works? (It's shown on the map as a boat icon).
