    Purify does - for a pitiful 5 seconds - but it's still a bit of a bandaid on a bullet hole when single classes can stun every 15s while purify is on a 30s cooldown, and then you have to consider that's just 1 of an enemy team of 5. So I still agree with the suggestion - after being subjected to a given CC type, there should be a 10~15s immunity to the same type of CC.

    Either everyone needs to have CC or yes the ones that don't need a way to invuln it. There's no "but their damage" on certain classes when the best dps kits all have cc and mitigation tools atm.

    CC to secure a kill is a valuable tool, it's just able to be abused with people being able to AOE cc every 15-30 seconds and being able to duplicate it far beyond what purify is built for. Even if server pinged properly you'd still have WAR and other classes who can stun you twice in the window it takes to come up regardless. But being able to cc/punish someone for trying to 1v1 you is absolutely a cool thing to have in the game, it's just too potent at the moment with how purify and guard don't work properly.

    Nah. in fact i'd like to see more cc, but more like black mages sleep, not the stuns and white mage spell that you can be damaged through.
    I'd like to see CC that breaks on damage as ways to slow down an enemy team ratehr than just cc that is used on kill targets

    That's what the tooltip says but I haven't had it actually work once since 6.1 went live. I constantly purify a stun, and get stunned again immediately.
