    Packet Loss/Game Freezes in Dragonsong's Reprise only

    Hello,
    In the new Ultimate Duty, "Dragonsong's Reprise", I am experiencing heavy technical issues. These issues are exclusive to this specific duty and I can play the rest of the game (as well as any other online game) perfectly fine.
    My game freezes for one to ten seconds, and then catches up with everythign that happened very quickly, as can be seen in this example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hii6RDAGwAU. It gets way worse than this but this is the only sample i managed to record. Connecting to the game through a VPN also does not resolve this issue. By connecting to the game by using my mobile data, i manage to circumvent thes freezes but the game still is not playable in this state due to bad ping, which is why I would like to resolve the original issue.

    How do I go about solving this?

    We apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with connection problems in a specific area. Please provide the following information:

    - Are you using a wired or wireless connection?
    - Do you have any firewalls or anti-virus software installed on the machine if are using a Mac or Windows PC? If so, which ones do you have installed?
    - Internet Service Provider
    - Location/Region you are in (Not in game, your actual location)
    - Does any specific error message/code occur when the issue happens?
    - Does the issue only happen with one specific character or time frame? Please clarify.
