That would be easily cheesed in savage fights. It sounds cool on paper, but that's a terrible design in practice.Oh I REALLY like this. Just like the pomander in Deep Dungeon. Would need to not cause weakness. Since Rescue's intention is to pull someone out of danger and the maximum penalty to healer for not using it is effort on a Raise, then it still fulfills the intent. And it removes the ability to troll and provides a way those who may not be comfortable being moved would still benefit. Even still helps on LB3 because it won't prevent the death but they recover instantly.
Only issue I could see is if someone doesn't die and gets a debuff instead but that's impetus for the person to still do mechanics properly so they don't get the debuff.
