As I said in another thread, it's not the people who come to complain in these forums, that SE should be worried about. It's those who quietly go away and never return. There is no way to woo those people back once they leave because they never look back. Right now, the number of people doing this is probably rather small by comparison to new subscribers. If that ratio ever inverts, things could get problematic.
