!!! Fish always getting away! (since the last patch at least)

No one is forcing you to participate. If you don't like it, that's fine, but it doesn't mean the system is broken.

1 by that argument the only things worth criticising and trying to fix are things we are forced to participate in
2 im not saying i dislike it and that's why i think its broken, i think its broken because as an MMO where EVERYONE should be able to enjoy the aspects of the game, having it set to those with insane amounts of free time or a machine to do it for them defeats the point, and thats why i think its broken, I myself am a dedicated fisher i have been fishing on this game since i 1st got it on PS3.
what you have responded with was neither helpful nor constructive and id request we keep it away from personal accusations. (for context though, I AM one of those people with insane amounts of free time, im medically unable to work, and thus am able to sink 13 hours non stop into fishing. hence why i can criticise this system, cause if even i cant do it then there is no way in hell a casual person who enjoys fishing will be able to, and i deem THAT broken)

No MMO has ever been designed around everyone enjoying and engaging with every aspect of it. That's why there's such a wide variety of activities in the first place. So that you still have y and z even if you don't like x. Fishing is, by design, a slow grind designed to appeal specifically to the people looking for that type of activity. The devs don't expect most players will want to take part in it to begin with.
