Cannot use trust system

Steps:
Before this I had the npcs standing outside the dungeon and the same happened when talking to them, I have now completed it together with other players so the npcs are now gone, therefore I am only able to click the entrance

1. Go to Holminster Switch entrance
2. Click the glowing entrance marker
3. Click "Enter Holminster Switch with a party of NPCs"
4. Add the correct job types, 2 dps, 1 healer, 1 tank
5. Try to press "Register for Duty"
6. Nothing happens at all

I have tried with different jobs where all of them have over 370 average item level.

Try closing the secondary window with the Trust chrs, for some reason if the chr select is open it won't let you press start on the duty window.

The characters only appear outside the dungeon when they are actually there for MSQ.

After that, you queue for it via the Trust menu in the same section as the Journal and Duty Finder.
