Boosting not trigerring NG+?

So a while ago i got One Hero's Journey boost for the SCH class
Today i finally got SHB got to the section that unlocks *Role Quests* and noticed one the Npc's was missing after some examination i noticed that the Healer RQ was already complete doesn't take a genius to conect the dots there.
Problem is when i went to NG+ to try and actually do Healer RQ like i did with Scholar's Job quests the box that should contain the healer RQ is blank and unusable.
Am i missing a quest past *The Soul of Temperance* that unlocks NG+ for this quest line OR is this some sort of bug caused by character boosting?

Are you sure you or the boost item have completed the final quest of the line? If you haven't yet (and it won't appear until a certain point of MSQ progression), then it won't be in NG+. And since you mention you've only unlocked role quests today, it seems unlikely that you've unlocked all of them as that indicates you're still relatively early in MSQ.

As far as bugs go, I think it's more likely a missed requirement somewhere even if I'm missing something too.

It would appear that after posting this someone or something happened to make it appear and now i can use it... thanks myterious individual or coincidense

FWIW, I believe it's an issue that crops up with a skip completing a questline for you before the questline is actually unlocked (as with the role quests). I know friends have had the same issue bouncing alts on a different datacenter to the latest expansion. In their case, something -- I'm not sure what, but probably logging out/in or gaining a level -- causes things to refresh, after which it goes "oh, hey, these are unlocked and this is done" and the appropriate NG+ appears as an option.
