Unable to access fc room I already own

Steps:
1. Room 01 under Vina Lestanna does not allow my character to edit the room.
2. Additional chambers menu asks if I would like to buy an FC room for 300 000 gil
3. I tried buying it to see if it would give me back room 01 but it gave me room 013
4. Game still does not recognize my character as owner of room 01 and I am unable to access all the furniture I own in it.

Please get back to me as I submitted a ticket 2 weeks ago and still have not gotten a reply or have been able to access my own free company chambers. I do not even want a 2nd room in the free company estate and hope I can get access back to room 01 and have room 013 demolished as well as have my 300 000 gil refunded.

This is an odd bug, it is unclear what caused such a rare bug. Can you recall anything that you did before the bug occurred such as a name chance?

I think you should also consider contacting phone support and have a ticket created to track and handle this case. Refer to this post if you can as well.

This will most likely require the character data and FC housing data to be edited to correct the error, which will most likely require assistance from the development team, and might take time to correct taking into account other issues that might be ahead of this.

I would like to add that there have been many odd bugs popping up in the new housing area, such as furnishings going missing.
Perhaps there were some changes or updates when the development team implemented the new housing server, and there are many small bugs popping up here and there.
I believe the development team is resolving many bugs and since you have filed a ticket, it is possible it is in process of being resolved, along with other many bugs related to the new housing area.

I would try to be patient and wait a little longer, at least until after the lottery system bugs have been fixed.
It is very likely your ticket is being looked at, but planning to be resolved along with all the other related housing bugs.

I am sure this will be something that someone will be scratching their head about, as some weird glitch somewhere caused this, so not sure the bug can be reproduced so easily, but the proof it happened is here.

I hope this bug can be confirmed and investigated, as the above picture does not lie, and looking at the character and free company housing data should confirm this.

Well, the closest thing I can think of that may have caused this is that I was within my FC room when my free company members accepted the relocation of the plot to Empyreum. And yes I can wait , it's just a little frustrating since I have furniture I wish to use still within the room I can't access haha.

Oh thanks for that bit of information, that might be the important thing we needed to hear, it might be enough to reproduce the bug.
Let's hope this makes it easier to confirm and can be reproduced by the community team and development teams.
