Yesterday I redeemed a code for the Cruise Chaser mount, which to my understanding is an account wide item. I received a confirmation page that the registration was complete, and the code now reads as already registered. I did not login until this evening and I have not received any mail. I did try clearing out as much mail as possible with less than 10 letters left, logged out and back in, and tried the "Reward/ Purchase Delivery Request" with no luck. The support desk says to contact a GM in the "Contact Us" section for lost items although none of the options seem to be indicative of where this type of request would. A bug report seems too in depth, its certainly not harassment or cheating, and leaving a suggestion also doesnt fit the need either in my opinion. Is it still done via a bug report or through another means?
