I really don't see the point of the BRD change. The class is already overlooked by many groups because it doesn't generate enough DPS to be useful, why reduce it even more?
i'm not sure what planet your living on but BRD is anything but an overlooked class. Its unfair that brd is able to chainstack LS>WS>LS>WS etc without waiting where a good mele DPS has to time his ws's to not interrupt its AA

Also why would BRD need to have superior DPS capabilities with the support songs it provides already its pretty strong as a job on its own.
