Those new changes to the models and "minor rewrites" really put me off on that rerelease. I'm just happy I still have my ps1 classic version of the game, at the very least i'm happy more are getting to play it. Though I would personally suggest playing Before since Cross's second act alludes to a lot of what happened after Trigger.
I would want to see a FFXIV x Phantasy Star Online 2, If add Profound Darkness trial battle the Ragnarok spaceship's top roof would be crazy. similar from Rathalos The Great Hunt.
I'd say more original events are better
Other SE titles to collab with?
Chronotrigger
The Star Ocean series
The Mana Series
The Saga Series
A new collab event from the Dragon Quest Series
Outside SE
PSO2. They got a collab on their side a long time ago.
A new MH collab. Game has no shortage of monsters. Could base it off Rise and have a rampage style encounter.
Super Mario RPG. Though not likely simply because Nintendo generally doesn't like their franchise characters in things outside their own platforms. The title itself was a collab but I think is more Nintendo than Square.
Biomutant. Assist furry creatures, get weapon and armor glamours that look like cobbled together junk. You know you want your warrior hitting things with a toilet on a stick :P
Shin Megami Tensei collab?
Dynasty/Samurai Warriors series collab?
But yeah, I'd rather see them creating original events.
They are too busy reshashing the same events over and over again because people think it’s great they can get the old event items even if it means sacrificing new collabs.
Spy x Family
I want Yor's dress and hair ornement.
It could also have Anya's hair ornement, Anya minion, Bond mount, and housing furnitures.
