game crashes at same point in Paglth'an

I am on my main and trying to do the dungeon Paglth'an, but everytime I get to the point to mount the dragons and fly across the field, the entire game crashes and I have to wait for the time out (like 15 mins) to log back in with that character only to try again and find out it keeps doing it at the same point.

- Does any specific error message/code occur when the issue happens?
- Does the issue only happen with one specific character?
