    Cape Westwind?

    I'm trying to unlock the Mentor roulette and the guides I've looked at say I need to have Cape Westwind in my trials unlocked but I can't find it. I'm through to Endwalker MSQ, so I've done the quest but it's not here and I'm not finding any other information on how to fix this. Any suggestions?
