When should you leave a FC?

I joined a FC a couple weeks ago when I transferred to Hyperion. Sadly my schedule doesn't usually meet with any of their events and I can never attend any savage raiding. I am thinking of leaving this FC and go solo until I can find one where meets my time schedule

I strongly recommend seeking out statics that exist outside of FCs for raiding, anyway. There's multiple points of failure for FC raid teams. And I would never settle when looking for an FC, there's never a point to not enjoying the people you hang out with. Just keep hopping till you find something that clicks.

There's no one answer to this question. Broadly speaking it's probably whenever the fc doesn't measure up to what you want out of being in a fc. There should be something that makes it a better option than starting a solo fc.

For me it's having a space to have conversations. I'm not a talkative person but I like it when people notice me logging in and have chats I can give my input on. I also enjoy being able to jump into content with familiar players and having a discord channel available when needed. If I cared a lot about the buffs or the house or a workshop or a company chest I could get those on my own, but at its core it's the people that make me appreciate being in a good fc.

Yeah when I log in I rarely get noticed then other people and just feel like a outsider sometimes

If an FC; a system that is meant to encourage social activity, contradicts this by making you feel like an outsider or segregated from the group then that is a calling to leave said FC and find something more welcoming.

There is no reason to leave your FC when you can seek out a static that fits your schedule, especially if you like your FC. If there are other issues within your FC that is having you consider leaving, then you likely should have already left it.

In my experience that never ends well.
