Limited Job Idea Megathread

Nah, I don't want the devs wasting time and resources on garbage content like limited jobs. I'd rather the resources for animating new animations and vfx go toward visually upgrading the older ARR jobs instead. Can't stand how ugly Medica and Medica 2 look compared to Helios and Prognosis.

And for those going on about the Masked Carnival. The Masked Carnival could "theoretically" be remade to be done on any job ingame thus completely invalidating limited Blue's existence. The Masked Carnival is only limited to Blue Mage to give Blue Mage a reason to exist.

I say delete Blue Mage from the game but keep the Masked Carnival and make it side content for every job to be able to do.

The moment you rework Masked Carnival to be done by every job in the game is the moment you rework it completely so that it's Masked Carnivale only in name (and not even that, why would it be masked?)

Probably suggested already but:

Beastmaster: Same methods as BLU. Collect monsters instead of spells. The Beastmaster version of the Carnival could be like the FFX monster area minigame.

Puppetmaster, effectively a pet job but you can augment your pet using different parts (changing skills, stats, job type, passives etc)

For myself, Masked Carnival is fun because it makes you have to think and strategies with how your going to approach each match.

But enough of that from myself, lol.

Here's another limited job idea inspired by Dissidia FF2 Firion: Wild Rose, copy paste everything Firion can do from Dissida and make it a limited job here. I'm being serious about this because I really loved the way he fought in Dissidia and would love to see his fighting style included in the game. Maybe it could be linked to all the Job classes we currently have unlocked, so it allows us to use all our Jobs as one Job, weaving and combining some of our skills, spells and abilities into completely new ones.
