    No one said lottery would solve the housing shortage. It was designed to mitigate issues with housing purchasing such as standing at a placard for 12-24 hours clicking against hundreds of other players (RMT bots, legit players botting, legit players clicking)

    If anyone had the expectation that lottery would solve the housing shortage, they will going to be disappointed. It mitigated the housing shortage by adding more plots.
