Forgive me if this is not the right place to look for help - I am really getting frustrated with this nonsense.

I have been playing FFXIV since 2013, paying by my debit card for a monthly sub with no issues what so ever (I'm in Australia just for the record so I can't purchase Crysta or game time cards).

Anyway recently I have been getting Error 601 when trying to register/update my subscription payment method. This started to happen not long after the launch of Endwalker.

I have contacted the Support Center numerous times only to get the same generic responses which have not solved my problem.

I have tried the following:

1. Checked my account details were correct
2. Check there were funds and they were cleared in my account
3. Tried 3 different browsers (got the same error on all of them regardless of wired or wireless connection)
4. Tried via wifi on my mobile on a different browser again
5. Tried scanning for viruses/malware
6. Tried clearing my cache and internet browser history
7. Disabled antivirus/anti malware software
8. Contacted my bank to check that there are no blocks on re-occurring subscriptions or overseas transactions

At this point I am just at a complete loss. Square Support keeps telling me it's the bank, the bank keeps telling me it's Square. Either way I can't keep asking my friends to pay my sub for me and I just want to play my game.

As I mentioned before I live in Australia so Crysta and/or Game Time cards are not an option (correct me if I am wrong please). All I want is to play my game
