The problem is, we do have regional pricing for the game itself in Turkey but not the subscription fee. As of 13 May, the Complete Edition of the game on Steam that includes everything including Endwalker is 174 TL, but a month of subscription is still 10.99€ which is 176 TL, more than buying the whole game. It's 10 hours of work in minimum wage for a month of playtime.
The game does have regional prices, just not for regions the game is not officially supported in. Tough break for you I guess.
It is not officially supported in Russia any more than it is in Turkey. You can play the game, support only available in English but subscription prices are ridiculous in Turkey.
