Am I the only one who noticed this ?

Posted on the Lodestone, May 21 :
"In order to fulfill the requirements for the Legacy Campaign, a player must register his/her copy of the game no later than Thursday, May 31, 2012"

On the Legacy Campaing page :
"Users with service accounts that have paid for at least 90 cumulative days of subscriptions between January 6, 2012 and the start of version 2.0 beta testing are eligible."

Does that mean 2.0 Beta is about to start?
