Crazy encounter this ultimate it seems like. About 19 minutes after the checkpoint, extremely punishing the entire way through. No mercy was had when this ulti was designed. Congrats to neverland!

Grats to the players who cleared it. The clips on FFXIV Clips make the fight seem insane.
On a side note though, didn't Yoshi say the fight would take 4 weeks to clear for prog groups or am I not understanding that.

He tends to exaggerate difficulty levels at times, but it took nearly a week for anyone to clear. It must be quite brutal.

He said he expects most groups that do the encounter to take several months or so to clear the encounter, so the typical average player at the ultimate level -- Not those doing the world, or hardcore progression.

Sounds about right. This is the world first. I imagine most average groups will indeed take a month.
