Machinist needs some QoL changes and the ping issue resolved

Its the easiest ranged to play. For that reason I don't think it should be the best of the aiming jobs.

It should be because mch has no utility. Dnc and brd bring buffs but atm there is no reason to have a mch in the party over a dnc or brd. Besides you can hardly call it the easiest ranged when it's impossible to play optionally with over 20 ping. The hypercharge window is too small for the needed weaves, the fact that queens animation is 5 seconds is a joke and wildfire needs to be on stacks. The facts are that you can't have a selfish class that can't bring any numbers or anything else unique to the party comp.
