If you're talking about damage support... this whole thing about selfish dps is meaningless because in the end of the day, everything is rdps. The difference is that jobs that have some sort of +%dmg party buffs are relegating a bit of their rdps contribution into the hand of their friends.

MCH current design has no justification for above average dps as it is today, ideally right now it should be just the 'best' of the aiming group, above DNC and BRD, but that's just because it lacks niche defensive support.

To warrant a higher spot they would need to rework or (actually, since the job is already too simple) introduce job mechanics that makes MCH actually complex with a higher skill ceiling, things like branching combos, conditional actions that interact with other actions, Queen micromanagement, resource micromanagement, and what not.

Right now, being the "selfish of the aiming" doesn't really cut, even if the numbers are just above the other 2, because that group is already bottom of the barrel as it is.

The problem is MCH should be the best of the aiming cclasses but simply aren't. BRD outclasses MCH at every turn and parties love DNC and BRD for buffs. Right now MCH brings nothing to the table.
