There needs to be right click report in PvP

I mean, PVP (especially Frontlines) isn't in the best shape anyway due to premades and plugins, so I can't really blame some people for just showing up and doing nothing because they want the roulette bonus but realize that actually trying to participate and fight back is pointless, doubly so when a mogtome event is going on and it's easier to throw for some some than try for more.

I suspect the way to maximize FL Mogtomes/minute is to try and lose as quickly as possible. Given the dedication the player base has to min-maxing, I'm surprised we haven't seen bands of premades, formed specifically to feed and lose. Although thinking about it... maybe we have.

I know it definitely happens with Rival Wings where if one side ignores enough objectives, the other team can streamroll within almost 5 minutes.

It's why trying to get the achievements for that mode is such agony. It never pops until mogtomes, and then when it does, 75% of those matches are your team or the other team throwing.
