My free company is affected by the winning lottery number 0. However some of my FC member are having the following concerns when we are informed that we need to wait till May 16 and that's why I am bringing the issues here. Sorry for bothering all of you
1. If a member of the FC whom won the lottery is not able to go online on May 16 onwards, will there be any arrangement for the FC?
(For the case in my FC, there is a member who is going to undergo a surgery in the first week of May. He helped with the lottery because we all expect things should be settled BY the END Of APRIL, which means before his surgery. We don't know when he can return to Eorzea, is there anyway to resolve the problem if he is really the winner of the lottery?)
2. Some of my FC member are causal players who only enjoy playing the main quests or are too busy to play continuously. They usually pay for the subscription only when new patches are released or when they are really free to play in the particular time interval. In April they PAID to return to the game for a month because they wanna to help with the lottery. In May 16 their subscription shall be already expired. If they are the winner of the lottery, does this mean that they need to PAY FOR ANOTHER MONTH in order to get the plot which suppose to be granted in April ?
The error and delay of lottery results is totally out of our expectation, we really don't know what to do and feel helpless. There is no updates about such kind of follow-up arrangements in the official announcements. We really ask for more details to be released as soon as possible.
As a free company we already invested a lot of time and effort in order to push as many of our members in the lottery as possible, just because we hope for an Ishgardian home...though we may not say we must be the winner but the uncertainty really makes us tired.
