There is already enough people complaining of max level players not having a clue of how to play their job properly, we don't need to make that worse by allowing to level entire jobs just by speaking to a few npcs.
I leveled RDM to max level in Stormblood exclusively doing beast tribe dailies. 0 effort was given as I abandoned the dailies that required me to kill mobs. I got it to max level in one month without ever touching a single dungeon, doing any fates, killing any mobs or learning how to play the job. And no, I didn't learn how to play the job from the job quests as they were already so easy to do in Stormblood that all I needed to do was spam Jolt and win. So your point about effortless leveling is moot. And now you can fail on purpose and set the quests on very easy to win even faster.

I also immediately bought crafted gear off the MB and went into the Drowned City of Skalla, which was the very first dungeon I did as RDM. So you mad about effortless gearing too?
